Arabian Ranches is a residential project located on Emirates Road in Dubai. The project consists of different kinds of villas and townhouses. The development phases (sometimes refer to as “communities”) at Arabian Ranches are Alvorada, Al Mahra, Al Reem (originally Gazelle), Hattan, Mirador, Palmera, Saheel, Savannah, Terra Nova.
The project includes a Golf Course (The Desert Course), Polo Ground & Riding Club and Community/Shopping Center.
The project is developed by Emaar Properties, and the properties are sold freehold.
Villas & townhouses can be purchased direct - from the developer, private sellers or through property brokers.
Updates
January 2006 a group of homeowners got together and set up a residents’ interest group to form a bridge between the growing number of residents and Emaar. One of the main functions was to represent the community in discussions with Emaar and any other body, such as the Municipality.
Early 2007, the developer decided to fill up a large part of the lake opposite the Golf Club and introduced a new community - Alma.
The arabian ranches ladies association is a very interesting committie where every month ladies gather at one of the member’s house and particpate in a themed get together…In august the ladies had a Bollywood, Hollywood, Lollywood themed party where everyone was dressed as their favourite film actress and then there were some presentations, some dances, and a fashion show…
these parties are really successful and give the ladies to socialize and get away from their busy everyday lives!
