History

Reading Anthracite Company; origins date back to 1871 when its predecessor, the Philadelphia Reading Coal and Iron Company (P.&R.C.&I.) was chartered. As a large publicly traded concern, P.&R.C.&I. had diverse industrial interests which revolved primarily around its main business of railroading. P.&R.C.&I. changed its corporate title in 1956 to Philadelphia & Reading Corporation, of which Reading Anthracite Company was one of its many operating divisions. Saturday, June 2nd, 2007

Sheldon Haley, better known as Shay or Shae, is an African American musician. He is a member of the rock-hip-hop band, N*E*R*D. Haley appears to keep away from the spotlight, compared to his band mates, Pharrell Williams and, to a lesser extent, Chad Hugo, who are both members of the production duo The Neptunes.

He states the Beatles as the rock act which was his main influence and inspiration.[1]

His role in N*E*R*D appears limited though, he only seems to give backing vocals to some of the tracks.
